On FRIDAY 8 AUGUST at FELT Space (12 Compton Street, Adelaide) please come along to hear Melbourne improvisational instrumentalists, ii, perform with Panoptique Electrical (Jason Sweeney) and Tristan Louth-Robins. Having established themselves with their experimental guitar tactics and largely improvised, dismantled pop, ii's current methodology adds modular synth processing, rudimentary electronics, computer manipulation and field recording to create full, tactile sound worlds. Panoptique Electrical (multi-tasker, Jason Sweeney) combines sweeping instrumental sounds, melancholy tones, sinewaves and tiny disintegrated laptop orchestras to this live set. Tristan Louth-Robins is an Adelaide-based sound artist, curator, visual artist, writer and dillitante.
